An experienced and professional team of case managers and registered nurses, headed by the medical director, will quickly arrange and monitor treatment, while providing support to the patient and family. Whenever necessary, Global Excel will also organize evacuation back to the patient's province or territory of residence or to the nearest qualified medical facility.

Personalized service doesn't end with the case management process. With RSA Travel Insurance's commitment to excellence, prompt claim settlement is just as important, so to minimize paperwork and inconvenience, Global Excel arranges direct payment, whenever possible, with participating hospitals, physicians, and other providers.
