- Provides expedited access to doctors, critical diagnostic tests, and specialized diagnostic equipment that can often otherwise come with long delays.
- Covers the complete set of all medical services relating to your health issue, from specialist consultation right to the completion of your treatment. A case coordinator guides you through all processes.
- Available to Canadian residents up to 74 years old (maximum 64 years for initial Group enrollment); infants must be at least 60 days old to qualify.
Viator Priority Care, Group Plan (for employees in a group)
Automatic Coverage: When a company enrolls a defined
group of employees in this program, all participants will
be automatically covered by a Guaranteed Issue Amount
beginning at $25,000 USD. This coverage increases
commensurate with the increase in the size of the group
to a maximum of $250,000 USD when the group size
reaches 100 individuals. None of the insured participants
must complete any medical questionnaire to qualify for this
coverage.
Additional Coverage: To determine eligibility for
the maximum coverage amount of $250,000 USD,
each participant has only to complete a very brief
medical questionnaire. Participants simply respond to
4 straightforward questions and immediately determine
their eligibility for the maximum coverage amount of
$250,000 USD.
Viator Priority Care, Pro Plan (for professionals and associations members)
To determine eligibility for the maximum coverage amount of $250,000 USD, the applicant has only to complete a straightforward medical questionnaire. The applicant responds to simple questions and immediately determines his/her eligiblilty for the maximum coverage amount.
